This tutorial demonstrates how to create PDF in Lotus
Notes.
For instance, you may wish to send quotations and
invoices by email, directly from a Notes or Domino
application.
With SWING Integrator, a Notes developer just needs
to add a "Send as PDF" (or similar) action to the
form or view. Then, authorized users are allowed to
design the invoice or quotation template in Word, Excel
or OpenOffice, and set up the data transfer from the
Notes form to the corresponding Office template. And
that’s all. Business users will be able to create and
attach a PDF quotation to an email message with a single
click.
Although Office templates are used in the background,
users see only the resulting PDF.
